Beltrandi & Co. Realtors has been a family owned and operated company since 1948, when John J. Beltrandi Sr. opened his first office in Agawam. In 1964, John J. Beltrandi Jr. followed his father's footsteps, continuing the family business with several offices around Massachusetts, until 1982 when John J. Beltrandi III assumed ownership of the business, and continues to operate in Westfield, with his son Jeremy Beltrandi, a fourth generation Realtor specializing in all areas of real estate marketing. For over 50 years Beltrandi & Co. Realtors has been a family owned business, dedicated to personal, and professional service to all clients. Offering both buyer and seller representation, we pride ourselves on the ultimate in service to all of our clients.
During the past 41 years the company has maintained offices in various areas of Massachusetts; Agawam, Feeding Hills, Cape Cod, Sandwich, Osterville, Centerville, Westfield, Southwick and Springfield.

The Liberty Bell
Since the company's inception in 1948, John J. Beltrandi Sr. chose for it's logo, the Liberty Bell. The bell bears the motto "Proclaim Liberty Throughout All The Land Unto All The Inhabitants Thereof." The bell is our traditional symbol of freedom. Throughout the past 41 years, Beltrandi & Co. has provided buyers and sellers of all races, colors, creeds, ages and gender with assistance in obtaining the American Dream, "The Pride of Homeownership." |
